Togar is a lawyer who is currently a PhD scholar at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia. Following the completion of his bachelor’s degree at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia, he furthered his academic journey by earning his master’s degree in Economic Planning and Development Policy at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Indonesia. His academic focus revolves around the economic perspective on law, particularly in the dynamic realm of business competition. With a robust background, he boasts extensive experience as a corporate lawyer, legal consultant, and public policy researcher, contributing his expertise to various private and governmental institutions. His professional journey also encompasses roles as an expert staff member in the People’s Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia and as a legislative drafter, actively shaping the landscape of diverse legislative proposals. Togar is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).
